Joe Bellikka
Joe has been in the trades since 2007, beginning his career in the HVAC industry before moving into project management. In 2019, he founded Lincoln Builders LLC, where he led new home construction and major remodeling projects.
Through this general contracting work, Joe identified a recurring gap in the roofing industry: homeowners often faced poor communication, uncertain timelines, and a lack of transparency. Driven to solve these issues, he transitioned to exterior-focused work and co-founded RedBird Roofing in 2024.
Today, Joe brings a general contractor’s perspective to every roof, ensuring meticulous attention to the critical connections between framing, ventilation, siding, and drainage. Under his leadership, RedBird Roofing operates on a strict rule of transparency—keeping homeowners fully informed throughout their project. With nearly two decades of experience, Joe remains hands-on, personally overseeing complex projects, commercial scopes, and multi-layer tear-offs.

Amber runs dispatch, which in Pacific Northwest roofing means solving a weather puzzle most weeks of the year. She matches crews, materials, and dry windows so tear-offs open and close on the same day whenever the forecast allows, and she is the reason a rescheduled job usually gets a call before you notice the truck did not show.
Customer Service Representative
Jaydn
Jaydn is usually the first voice on a RedBird call. She takes the details, gets an estimator scheduled, and follows up after the work is done to make sure nothing was left open. If you call outside business hours, she is the one who picks the thread back up in the morning.
