RedBird Roofing was founded by Joe and Owen, two tradesmen who have spent most of their careers working directly with homeowners.
Joe began his career in the trades in 2007 in the HVAC industry. After years of hands-on experience and eventually moving into management, he started his own construction company, Lincoln Builders LLC, in 2019. Through building homes and completing remodels, Joe worked closely with homeowners and saw firsthand the frustrations many people experienced when dealing with roofing contractors.
Communication was often poor, timelines were unclear, and many homeowners didn’t feel confident in the companies working on their homes.
In 2024, Joe decided to focus fully on exterior work, where he saw a clear need for better service and a more professional experience for homeowners.
Owen began his career in plumbing in 2006 and later started Henco Plumbing in Washington in 2015. After running the business for several years, he sold the company in 2022. During that time he gained valuable experience running a service company and helping homeowners solve problems.

After many conversations about the need for a more dependable roofing company, Joe and Owen decided to start RedBird Roofing.
Their goal wasn’t just to start another roofing company — it was to build the kind of company homeowners feel comfortable calling.
